Terms of Service

AURYXA is a platform for building AI messaging agents, connecting them to messaging channels, giving them a knowledge base and a product catalog, and capturing leads. We may develop the service and change its features from time to time.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account and your team members' accounts.

When you connect WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, you agree to follow Meta's terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Commerce Policy. You are responsible for obtaining your customers' consent before messaging them, and for not sending spam or unwanted messages.

Connecting by QR code uses a WhatsApp Web session, which is not officially intended for automated use, and WhatsApp may restrict or ban the number as a result. You accept that risk; for business use we recommend the official WhatsApp Cloud API connection.

You may not use the service for:

• anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that impersonates someone else;
• spam, harassment, or abusive content;
• collecting sensitive data without a legal basis;
• attempting to breach the service, access other organisations' data, overload it, or reverse-engineer it.

Your content — knowledge base, catalog and conversations — remains yours. You permit us to process it only as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for telling your customers how their data is processed under the laws that apply to you.

The agent's replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the agent's settings, product information and prices, and for enabling handoff to a person where needed. Do not use the agent to give binding medical, legal or financial advice.

Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Usage is measured in sessions: a session is a conversation with one customer over 24 hours. When the month's credit runs out, the agent stops replying to new conversations until credit renews or the plan is upgraded.

Fees paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if fees go unpaid — with notice in advance where reasonable. After termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform, its software and the AURYXA brand belong to us. If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruption or error, and parts of it depend on third-party services such as Meta and Google that we do not control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, or from your use of the service in breach of these terms, Meta's policies or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
